Dillon Powell, a junior at Colorado School of Mines, finished fourth in the top section of the men's 5,000 meters in an outdoor-best 13:30.93 at the Stanford Invitational at Cobb Track and Angell Field in Palo Alto, Calif. Powell elevated to the No. 4 all-time outdoor competitor in NCAA Division 2.
